The On Soldier's Story Project is accepting submissions from U.S. Army soldiers and veterans who have served on active duty from Sept. 11, 2001 to the present. Any soldier of any rank who fits this timeframe is eligible to submit, including Army reservists and National Guardsmen. Family members are not eligible. |
